We truly are glad to have you attend our church!

And we get it … the first time in any church can be intimidating.  Hopefully this page will answer any questions you may have, and put you at ease.  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us!

What We WON'T Do

What We WILL Do

  • shake your hand and invite you back again!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a dress code?  Nope!  You’ll see everything from high heels to sneakers; hawaiian shirts to suits/ties.  Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Can I bring my kids?  Of course!  We encourage it!  And yes, we know “kids will be kids” (we have some ourselves!).  You also have the option of sending them to Children’s Church (for kids up through 4th grade).

Do I have to take Communion?  We serve Communion the first Sunday of every month.  It is purely optional, and is available to all believers.

Where should I sit?  In a pew!  Seriously, we don’t have any assigned seats, although if you take the organist’s seat he might get a little testy!  🙂

When should I get there?  Our service starts at 10:30am, so any time between 10:00 and 10:29!

How long will it take?  Our services normally last between 55-75 minutes.

What can I expect after the service is over?  After church is over, you’ll be invited to stay for “Coffee Hour”.  People leave the sanctuary and head to the dining room, where anything from a snack (cookies, etc) to chips & sandwiches are available.  It’s a time for extra fellowship and socializing.  It’s purely optional, but it’s a great way to meet people!
